Job Description:

This RN position places you in a beautiful, three-year-old state-of-the-art behavioral health unit specializing in adult mental health patients with complex needs. You'll work on the Forensic Unit within a high-quality facility, providing care for individuals with diagnoses like bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and major depression, often last stop before community placement. The role involves working 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with every other weekend off. You will pass medications using Omni Cell in a secure, locked setting, addressing a patient population with mental health and chronic medical conditions. This assignment offers an engaging mix of hands-on care and patient interaction in a well-staffed environment with experienced colleagues, ensuring a rewarding experience for compassionate and trauma-informed professionals.
