Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places mental health professionals in the lively setting of the Research Psychiatric Center in Kansas City, MO. You will work on a rotation of 12-hour night shifts, providing crucial support on various units including ADOL, Serenity, ITU, SRAD, and VINE. Your role involves assessing patients' mental health status, developing individualized care plans, administering psychiatric medications, and providing crisis intervention when needed. The environment calls for swift critical thinking, therapeutic communication, and a deep understanding of behavioral health strategies.
