Job Description:

This labor and delivery RN role in Battle Creek offers a lively experience working across various areas of obstetrical care, including antepartum, labor and delivery, and newborn nursery. Your nights will be filled with dynamic shifts where you will assist in delivery procedures, perform lab draws, and conduct hearing screens on newborns. You’ll be floating to Bronson Methodist Hospital and working in different spaces within the LDRP unit, making this a versatile and engaging assignment. A sense of teamwork and adaptability is key as you navigate patient care in a 15-bed unit with a variety of responsibilities, all while following AWHONN guidelines for staffing and patient safety.
