Job Description:

Join a mid-sized hospital team in Wilmington, NC, as a registered nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units during our night shift. This 12-hour night contract offers a unique opportunity to experience the complexities of acute care, including interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of remote monitoring, and handling post-surgical recovery cases. You'll work primarily on a unit caring for patients with diagnoses such as diabetes, pneumonia, COPD, and renal failure, while collaborating with other departments during storm or disaster scenarios. Expect to maintain high standards of safety and adapt to occasional float assignments across multiple units, all while enjoying a professional environment that values your skills and experience.
