Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 15-week travel assignment in the ICU at a Level III trauma center in Puyallup, WA. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced environment where you'll manage a diverse mix of high-acuity patients, including respiratory failure, sepsis, post-operative care, and COVID overflow cases. You will be transporting patients throughout the hospital, including to imaging, labs, and other units, especially during night shifts when your role as a Resource RN becomes vital. Flexibility, resourcefulness, and a strong grasp of invasive lines, vent management, and cardiac rhythms are essential to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of ICU experience, current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications, and proficiency in EPIC.
