Job Description:

Join a vibrant ICU float pool team at Yale New Haven Hospital and Saint Raphael Campus, where you will provide specialized critical care across five ICU specialties and step-down units. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts, floating between two connected campuses just two blocks apart—ideal for those who enjoy variety and a bustling hospital environment. You will be responsible for delivering quality ICU care, adapting to different unit needs, and collaborating with a diverse team. Certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and NIH are required, and active license prior to start is a must. Expect to work approximately 48 hours per week over 13 weeks, with guaranteed hours and a competitive weekly gross of $2,719.20.
