Job Description:

This ER RN contract in Little Falls, Minnesota offers an engaging opportunity to work in a Level IV trauma and stroke-ready emergency department with 10 beds and two trauma bays. You will be responsible for providing critical nursing care across a diverse patient population, from newborns to geriatrics. The role involves managing a fluctuating patient census, often with a focus on trauma, stroke, cardiac, respiratory issues, and other acuity levels requiring rapid assessment and intervention. The position emphasizes independent decision-making with support from RTs and a collaborative team environment. You will rotate between day and night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week on a 12-hour rotating schedule. This assignment is ideal for experienced ER nurses who thrive in fast-paced settings and can adapt quickly to evolving patient needs.
