Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is for experienced Cardiovascular ICU nurses at a busy hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will work 12-hour night shifts, floating between ICU and step-down units as needed, caring for post-surgical and open-heart recovery patients. The role offers a mix of direct patient monitoring, equipment management, and collaboration with specialized teams—all within a high-acuity environment. Expect to handle complex cases involving advanced cardiovascular procedures, with an emphasis on patient stability and recovery. The setting provides a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to refine your critical care skills in a fast-paced hospital setting, with the chance to experience the unique flow of a Level 1 or Level 2 facility.
