Job Description:

This travel assignment is a rewarding opportunity for experienced healthcare professionals seeking a 13-week contract in Rock Island, Illinois. You'll be working in a unit with a historically maintained patient ratio of 1:7, and your presence will help restore optimal staffing levels. The role involves 12-hour night shifts, offering a consistent schedule of 36 hours per week. Expect to engage in complex patient management, including care for individuals with chest tubes, fem stops, trachs, and central lines, as well as medication titration with drugs such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, and Insulin. To succeed, you'll need at least 2 years of stepdown experience, a current Illinois license, and the ability to verify references and certifications promptly. This assignment provides a hands-on, impactful experience working alongside a dedicated team in a well-respected facility that requires minimal bedside patient interaction beyond skilled critical care procedures.
