Job Description:

Join the Surgical Progressive Care Unit (SPCU) team at a reputable healthcare facility in Indianapolis. This 13-week travel contract offers an opportunity to work in a specialized stepdown environment, focusing on cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients. As an RN, you will be scheduled for 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every third weekend and holiday rotations. Your expertise in ACLS and BLS, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, will support a high standard of patient care in a unit with 23 beds and patient ratios of 1:3 or 1:4. Expect to work with EPIC electronic medical records and potentially float to other related units as needed. This assignment is perfect for nurses seeking a meaningful experience in a dynamic, specialized setting while enjoying a balance of work and rest during this engaging rotation.
