Job Description:

Join the emergency department team at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood for a 13-week contract as a Registered Nurse. This role involves providing critical care in a busy ED setting, with shifts lasting 12 hours each day. You will perform essential procedures such as IV starts, blood draws, resuscitations, and EKGs, supporting a patient load with a 4:1 ratio. The ideal candidate brings acute emergency room experience, certifications in TNCC, PALS, ACLS, and BLS, and a personable, active personality. This assignment offers an engaging environment where you'll contribute to high-stakes patient care in a well-equipped unit with a dedicated staff of charge RNs, techs, and a unit secretary. Be prepared to work 36 hours weekly, including four weekends per month, with no on-call responsibilities.
