Job Description:

This ICU RN contract offers the opportunity to work in a bustling trauma and cardiac unit with 33 beds, where you'll be responsible for managing patients with complex needs such as sepsis, post-stent recovery, stroke, and respiratory distress. Your role involves titrating various drips like cardiac and insulin, interpreting GE monitors, and supporting a team that cares for adults with diverse critical conditions. Shifts are 12-hour days, providing a balanced schedule that keeps you engaged without overextending. The assignment is unique because you'll be part of a focused team that values skills, compliance, and adaptability, with an emphasis on safety and accuracy.
