Job Description:

Join a 13-week contract as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) RN in Austin, Texas, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This position offers an engaging opportunity to work in a Level 4 NICU, where you'll be involved in caring for critically ill newborns in a facility equipped with advanced ventilators, infusion pumps, and EMR systems like Meditech and CPN. You'll be part of a team that handles patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 4:1, with a focus on teamwork and adaptability. This role is perfect for experienced NICU RNs with at least 2 years of NICU experience, and preferred candidates will have worked in a Level 4 NICU setting. Expect to work approximately 36 hours per week, with on-call responsibilities and weekend shifts.
