Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work on the Orthopedic Trauma Specialty Medsurge unit at Medical City Plano. You'll be providing hands-on support in a 36-bed unit that handles complex polytrauma patients, including those with cervical fractures, downgraded TBIs, and burn cases. The shift runs 12 hours overnight, with a team of experienced RNs and CNAs, all dedicated to delivering quality care during the night hours. This role suits someone who enjoys a structured routine and can thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and teamwork.
