Job Description:

Join a reputable Mother/Baby unit as a Registered Nurse in Puyallup, WA, for a 16-week travel contract. This role involves providing specialized care for antepartum and postpartum patients, including those with high-risk pregnancies, and supporting families during and after delivery. Expect to perform cervical exams, manage epidurals, fetal monitoring, IV placements, and support couplet care once patients are stable. Work a 12-hour night shift schedule, with responsibilities encompassing both labor and postpartum care in a Level III Trauma Center with a busy delivery volume. This assignment offers a unique chance to experience firsthand the nuances of a comprehensive obstetric unit while supporting a multidisciplinary team in a vibrant hospital setting.
