Job Description:

This CVICU Registered Nurse role involves working scheduled weekday nights with some weekend shifts, including rotating holidays. You’ll float between units of similar or lower acuity, managing patients requiring complex cardiac interventions. Expect to handle IV starts, telemetry, ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines, all within the EPIC electronic health record system. The schedule includes three 12-hour night shifts per week, with up to six weekend shifts over a four-week period. This assignment is ideal for nurses with at least two years of cardiac ICU experience who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy varied responsibilities. Past travel experience is a plus, and familiarity with high-acuity cardiology procedures will make your integration smoother.
