Job Description:

This Telemetry Registered Nurse position offers an engaging 13-week travel assignment in Scranton, PA, with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and EOH coverage. In this role, you'll be floating between telemetry and remote medical-surgical units, managing a patient load of approximately 5 to 6 patients—mainly cardiac cases—while adhering to unit protocols. Expect to utilize your telemonitoring skills and clinical expertise to deliver comprehensive nursing care, educate patients, and support the use of Cerner EMR. This assignment is perfect for nurses with 1-2+ years of telemetry or step-down experience who enjoy variety and a fast-paced environment. No call duties are involved, and the role emphasizes quality, hands-on patient care with a focus on cardiac monitoring and education.
