Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as an RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) in Kalamazoo, MI, for a 13-week travel contract. This role involves 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. You will primarily assist in vascular, ortho, gyn, thoracic, and general surgeries, requiring proficiency in harvesting veins endoscopically. The position offers an engaging mix of procedures and the chance to work in a facility where your expertise makes a real difference. Previous travel experience and CVOR background are preferred, and flexibility with float coverage across departments is desired.

Candidates must have at least one year of vein endoscopy harvest experience. The call requirement averages 12-18 days per month, with the expectation of working 2-3 weekends per month. Be prepared for a varied schedule that keeps your skills sharp and your days interesting.
