Job Description:

This RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) position in the Surgery General department offers an engaging opportunity to assist in high-volume cases, including robotic colon surgeries, hernias, gastric sleeves, and bypasses. Working in the OR suites across two buildings, you'll scrub in on 40 to 60 cases daily, providing vital support to surgeons during procedures. The shift is a 10-hour Mids schedule, Monday through Friday, with an overall contract duration of 13 weeks. The role emphasizes hands-on operative support with a focus on robotic and open surgical techniques, ideal for experienced nurses with at least two years of OR experience and familiarity with firing staplers. You'll be part of a team that values preparedness, adaptability, and surgical excellence, helping ensure smooth and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
