Job Description:

Join Children's Hospital Colorado at Anschutz Medical Campus as a Pediatric Cardiac Progressive Care RN, working in a specialized 34-bed unit dedicated to pediatric cardiac patients. This 13-week contract offers an immersive experience caring for children with complex cardiac conditions, including single ventricle physiology, heart transplants, and ventricular assist devices. You will work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing crucial care in a setting that demands advanced pediatric cardiac knowledge and the ability to handle high-acuity cases. Unique to this assignment is the chance to deepen your expertise in pediatric cardiology, particularly in a teaching hospital environment, with no floating required and scheduled every other weekend, making it a challenging yet rewarding opportunity.
