Join a dedicated Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team in vibrant Seattle, where you'll support critically ill children in a well-respected teaching hospital with Magnet designation and Level I Trauma status. This 20-week contract offers the chance to work 12-hour rotating shifts—either straight nights or 3x12 D/N shifts—culminating in a rewarding experience that emphasizes independence and high-level pediatric care. The role is unique in its focus on a busy PICU with a 20-bed capacity, and you'll need at least 2 years of PICU experience working autonomously. While this position requires working during some major holidays, it also provides structured scheduling and guaranteed hours to ensure both professionalism and balance in your assignment.
