Job Description:

Step into a challenging yet rewarding PICU Registered Nurse role at a renowned Level I Pediatric Trauma Center in Portland, Oregon. This 13-week travel assignment offers you the chance to work in a specialized unit caring for critically ill children across a broad age range. You'll be responsible for bedside procedures such as central line placement, arterial line placement, lumbar punctures, and intubations, often performing life-saving interventions for patients who cannot be transported to the OR. This role requires a skilled nurse with at least two years of PICU experience, ready to leverage their expertise in a vibrant and collaborative environment. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, providing high-level care, with plenty of opportunities to refine your skills and work alongside pediatric intensivists and multidisciplinary teams.
