Job Description:

Join a vibrant neuro stepdown unit in Omaha for a 13-week contract as a Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse. This role involves caring for patients with complex neurological conditions such as strokes, aneurysms, seizures, and spinal surgeries. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, with a schedule that offers a mix of weekdays and weekends, providing ample opportunity to explore the local culture during your time off. The unit is known for its advanced EEG monitoring beds and collaborative team environment. As a traveler, you’ll experience a busy, engaging setting where your expertise with neurological care and EPIC charting will shine, all while floating within scope to neighboring units when needed. Expect to care for up to five Med Surg patients and work with a dedicated team including care techs, transport, and paramedics, in a facility that celebrates its innovative approach to healthcare.
