Job Description:

Join our team as an Emergency Department RN in Rapid City, South Dakota, for a 20-week travel contract offering a hands-on, fast-paced environment at a Level 2 trauma center. You will be providing critical care to a diverse patient population, including neonates to geriatrics, in a busy ED that handles high trauma cases, strokes, and behavioral health cases. Your shift will be 12 hours overnight, and you’ll experience the energy of a hospital that stays busy around the clock. This role is perfect for experienced ED RNs with at least 2 years of direct emergency experience, ready to handle a variety of emergent situations—from trauma to medical crises—while leveraging your skills in a collaborative, supportive setting. Expect to take sexual assault evidence collection, assist with triage, and float within inpatient and ED units as needed, all while being part of a dynamic team focused on efficient, quality care.
