Job Description:

Join the emergency department team in Baltimore for a 13-week travel RN assignment that keeps you on your toes during night shifts. This role involves managing a patient ratio of 1:4, where you'll be utilizing skills like triage, IV starts, and phlebotomy to deliver vital care in a fast-paced environment. With a chance to train on the unit beforehand, you'll gain insight into the workflow and expectations, making this a rewarding opportunity for experienced ER RNs who enjoy a dynamic team setting. Expect to be part of a critical care team, working every other weekend and holiday as needed, with shift hours from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
