Join us for a 13-week journey as a PICU RN at our esteemed Aurora campus. This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialized pediatric intensive care unit, caring for patients from birth to 21 years with complex diagnoses, including respiratory support, sepsis, TBI, and surgical cases. With rotating day and night shifts, you'll experience diverse patient scenarios and collaborative team dynamics—sometimes switching gears from ventilator management to monitor interpretation. The assignment not only challenges your clinical skills but also provides a chance to see firsthand the resilience of pediatric patients and their families.
