Job Description:

This Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse role offers a unique opportunity to work across various pediatric units, including PICU, NICU, peds Med-Surg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby. You will be floating between specialized areas, applying your PICU and NICU expertise to support diverse pediatric patient populations. The role involves night shifts with 12-hour hours, providing an engaging and varied work experience. The assignment emphasizes flexibility and cross-unit collaboration, making it ideal for nurses who enjoy a fast-paced environment and variety in their work setting.
