Job Description:

Join our team for a 26-week travel contract in Nashville, TN, working in a large Level 1 trauma hospital's Main Operating Room. This role involves 12-hour day shifts, typically from 9 am to 9 pm, with the opportunity to experience the energetic rhythm of a busy surgical environment. Circulating experience is essential, and prior travel experience is preferred. You will be involved in a variety of procedures across multiple service lines, excluding cardiac, transplant, and trauma/neuro, making each day unique and engaging. Flexibility to float between ORs and late stays are part of the package, providing an authentic peek into the hospital's vibrant day-to-day operations.

Job Specifics:

Location: Nashville, TN
Shift: 12-hour days, 9 am to 9 pm
Duration: 26 weeks (days during 9/14, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/26 orientation dates)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours
This assignment involves working in a fast-paced OR environment with a wide range of adult surgical cases, including neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, and vascular surgeries. Travelers are expected to work late stays as needed and will experience the bustling atmosphere of a Level 1 trauma hospital with a variety of case types, excluding cardiac, transplant, and neuro trauma. Candidate must have a minimum of two years OR circulating experience and prior travel experience. A current license must be on file at submission.
