Job Description:

Join our team as a MedSurg Neuro RN on a 13-week night shift assignment in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This role offers the chance to work with a specialized neuro unit, primarily caring for stroke patients, epilepsy monitoring, and other neurological diagnoses. You'll be providing vital support during 12-hour night shifts, with a focus on IV starts, telemetry, and dysrhythmia management. Unique to this assignment is the opportunity to work within a dedicated epilepsy monitoring unit and to develop specialized neuro skills in a challenging yet rewarding environment. Expect to float to other MedSurg and Telemetry areas as needed, and be part of a team that values expertise and quick thinking. Please note that this role requires previous MedSurg experience and certifications such as BCLS, NIH, and NIHSS.
