Job Description:

Join a specialized step-down unit in Charlottesville, VA, where you'll be integral to caring for patients transitioning from Neuro ICU with complex neurological and post-surgical needs. This 12-bed unit focuses on neuro trauma, hemorrhage, ENT tumor resection, spine surgeries, and other neurological conditions, utilizing critical care and neuroscience principles at the intermediate level. Expect to work 12-hour days over 13 weeks, providing essential support in a fast-paced but rewarding environment. This role appeals to nurses who thrive on hands-on, patient-centered work and enjoy collaboration with a dedicated team.
