Job Description:
Join our renal team in Tuscaloosa for a 15-week travel contract working on a dedicated 36-bed unit that cares for patients with kidney-related conditions, including those requiring dialysis or renal replacement therapy. This night shift (12-hour nights) offers a unique opportunity to experience a close-knit team focused on advanced nephrology care, often collaborating with nephrologists, family practice providers, and hospitalists. You'll work primarily with patients undergoing post-hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, contributing to their ongoing treatment plans. Be prepared to float between units and hospitals as needed, offering flexibility in a role that emphasizes teamwork and adaptability. If you're a nurse with at least 1 year of recent experience in nephrology and hold a valid Alabama or Compact RN license, this assignment might be your perfect fit.
