Job Description:

Join our team as a Cardiac Tele Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel assignment at our Cardiovascular Telemetry Unit in Kalamazoo, MI. This role offers the chance to work 12-hour night shifts, primarily caring for patients with heart failure, myocardial infarctions, strokes, and arrhythmias. You'll be monitoring cardiac patients on advanced telemetry equipment, managing cardiac drips, and ensuring timely interventions. The work is technically engaging, with a focus on remote monitoring and quick teamwork to handle fluctuating patient ratios. This assignment is ideal for nurses with at least one year of experience who are comfortable with fast-paced cardiac care in a dedicated cardiac unit. New travelers are welcome, and you'll find the environment challenging yet rewarding, with a good mix of routine and complex cases. Be prepared for occasional holiday shifts and the possibility of block scheduling, with managers doing their best to accommodate your preferences.
