Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as an RN on a 13-week travel contract at Swain County Hospital in Bryson City, NC. You’ll be working in a 17-bed medical-surgical unit that offers inpatient, observation, and swing bed services, primarily serving patients aged 18 and older, with most being 65+. This role involves 12-hour day shifts, with some weekend rotation, providing an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy teamwork and diverse daily responsibilities. Expect to manage PICC/CVC lines, perform wound care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a well-equipped setting with 24-hour laboratory, imaging, and provider coverage. Experience with critical access hospitals and a positive attitude and adaptability will ensure success in this unique setting.
