Job Description:

Join a dedicated nursing team on a 13-week contract in Rochester, NY, working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be providing specialized care in a 12-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU), handling patients with complex needs such as DKA, acute respiratory issues, sepsis, and alcohol withdrawal. This role requires a nurse with at least one year of experience, proficiency in phlebotomy and IV placement, and certifications in ACLS and BLS. The ideal candidate will be comfortable float covering various shifts and adaptable to the fast-paced environment of a heavy nursing unit. Expect to work with advanced equipment like CADDS and PCA pumps, ensuring the best care for each patient night after night.
