Job Description:

Join a compassionate team as a Registered Nurse on a night shift contract in Louisville, Kentucky. You'll be caring for a diverse patient population in a PCU setting, focusing on safe, patient-centered care that integrates evidence-based practices. This role involves overseeing patient assessments, developing and updating care plans, and mentoring staff. Expect to work independently during your overnight shifts while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The unique aspects of this assignment include working every other weekend and utilizing Epic electronic health records, providing a balanced work schedule with meaningful patient interactions.
