Job Description:

This position involves assisting with surgical procedures by organizing and passing sterile instruments, sutures, and supplies. You'll be actively engaged in preparing operating rooms, anticipating the needs of surgeons during procedures, and maintaining a sterile environment. The role offers a hands-on experience in the operating room, requiring quick reflexes, excellent organization, and adherence to safety protocols. It’s a great fit for someone with surgical technology training or prior OR experience, looking to contribute to patient care indirectly while supporting surgical teams in a fast-paced setting.
