Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Technician in Boston’s bustling Menino OR, where you’ll support a variety of surgical specialties in a fast-paced, 22-room facility that operates around the clock. This 13-week contract offers 36 hours per week across flexible shifts—including 8, 10, or 12 hours—with start times at 7 am, 7 pm, or 11 pm. Expect to work every third weekend as needed, participate in holiday rotations, and be prepared to float to the Moakley OR if required. You’ll bring over three years of inpatient surgical experience, trauma expertise, and NBSTSA certification to a role that emphasizes adaptability and technical proficiency across multiple services such as neuro, vascular, cardiac, plastics, or trauma. The environment demands a positive, flexible attitude and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless surgical support behind the scenes.
