Job Description:

This respiratory therapy role offers the chance to work in a busy inpatient and emergency department setting, focusing on adult patients requiring critical care interventions. The technician will draw and analyze ABGs from arterial lines and punctures, assist with intubations, and support ventilator management using V60 Ventilators and Vapotherm high flow devices. Shifts are 12 hours overnight, providing a rewarding experience for those who prefer a night schedule. This assignment stands out because of the active involvement with ventilated patients and the autonomy in clinical tasks, all without being the sole RT in-house.
