Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers a chance to work in a small but busy ICU environment that blends ICU, stepdown, and med-surg overflow patients. You will be supporting a 14-bed unit with a mix of patients such as MICU, post-surgical, urology, and minor neuro cases. The setting provides a balanced workload without the high-intensity, full-drip ICU experience, giving you the opportunity to hone your skills with a variety of diagnoses. Expect to manage titratable ICU drips, interpret telemetry strips, and collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and a dedicated RT team. The shift is 12-hour nights, helping you enjoy your days off while working in an engaging, culturally diverse environment. This role requires two years of ICU experience and the ability to work independently, with a team of professionals committed to quality care.
