Job Description:

Our client seeks experienced critical care registered nurses to provide essential care in a fast-paced hospital setting. In this role, you'll be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and managing advanced life support interventions such as ventilator adjustments and medication administration. The work involves collaborating closely with physicians and the critical care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, while monitoring vital signs and maintaining medical equipment. This assignment is unique because you'll have the chance to care for both adult and occasional pediatric patients, and may float between two campuses to meet fluctuating census needs. Expect to stay active, engaged, and always ready to respond to emergent situations with professionalism and expertise.
