Job Description:

This RN role in the Perioperative Post-Operative unit at Maine Medical Center offers a chance to support the OVN population while working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be instrumental in managing post-surgical cardiac procedures, including TAVR, EP, and cardiac caths, with opportunities to float to the Main PACU and other units as needed. The role involves pre- and post-operative care, closely reading tele strips, and managing cardiac drips, IVs, and tele monitoring. The environment is busy but rewarding, providing hands-on experience with advanced cardiac procedures and a team-oriented setting that values flexibility and a can-do attitude.

Weekly Hours: 36 hours (preferable), 36 hours acceptable
Frequency: Every other weekend call requirement and Saturday day scheduled
