Job Description:

Join the NICU team at Mission Hospital in Asheville for a 13-week contract as a Registered Nurse. You will be working 12-hour day shifts on a busy 51-bed unit that cares for infants and children, including a dedicated Neonatal ICU with a Level III designation. This role offers a chance to work with advanced equipment and collaborate with a skilled team, providing critical support to fragile neonates. Expect to handle patient ratios between 1:1 and 1:4, perform procedures typical of a high-level NICU, and maintain the hospital's standard of excellence. Candidates must have at least two years of NICU experience, hold NRP certification, and be detail-oriented and organized.
