Job Description:

This RN NICU contract offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant neonatal intensive care unit within Medical City Plano. As part of your role, you'll manage complex caring procedures for fragile newborns, including respiratory support with HFOV, central lines, and ventilators. The position involves 12-hour night shifts, providing a unique chance to experience a different healthcare rhythm. You'll work alongside a team of dedicated nurses in a unit featuring advanced equipment and a focus on family-centered care.
