Job Description:

Join our team as a PICU Registered Nurse in Newark, NJ, working a 12-hour night shift. This contract offers the opportunity to care for a diverse pediatric population, including infants, adolescents, and children with complex congenital or acquired heart conditions. You'll be responsible for administering medications, managing ventilator and airway support, performing specialized procedures like bedside dialysis or lumbar punctures, and continuously monitoring patients using advanced equipment. This role emphasizes clinical expertise in pediatric critical care, with plenty of opportunities to hone your skills amidst a collaborative team environment. The assignment’s location within a dedicated pediatric hospital ensures you’ll be part of a specialized setting focused entirely on young patients’ unique needs.
