Job Description:

Join us as a Pediatric Registered Nurse in a specialized perioperative setting where you'll be tending to young patients in a dedicated Pediatric PeriAnesthesia Unit. This role offers the chance to work in a close-knit pediatric surgical environment, caring for patients pre- and post-surgery. The unit features a 10-bed preoperative and postoperative care area, complemented by a 4-bed Pediatric Surgical Observation Unit that provides overnight observation and extended recovery for children up to 23 hours after procedures. The position involves 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend and holiday, providing ample opportunity for off-time and personal pursuits. You'll be responsible for supporting pediatric patients through their surgical journey, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their stay. This assignment is ideal for nurses passionate about pediatric care who enjoy a balanced schedule and a supportive team.
