Job Description:

Join the emergency department team in Asheville, North Carolina, for a 13-week travel contract that offers an engaging opportunity to work in a busy Level 2 trauma center with over 100,000 annual visits. This role involves participating in fast-paced, high-stakes emergency care, including triage, cardiac monitoring, and treatment in a lively and diverse environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of ER experience, with previous HCA experience preferred, and must be comfortable working across all sections of the ED. Be prepared to keep patients respectful, informed, and comfortable, all while using advanced equipment like Baxter pumps and GE monitors. This assignment provides a firsthand experience of a collaborative team that serves a multicultural community, with over 120 languages spoken in the area. The work environment encourages coaching and real-time feedback, fostering a supportive atmosphere that values teamwork and patient experience.
