Job Description:

Join a compelling opportunity as an Emergency Department RN in Wilson, NC, where you'll be part of a dedicated team providing care in a 26-bed ER setting. This role involves 12-hour day shifts over a 13-week contract, offering the chance to gain diverse experience handling conditions such as respiratory distress, overdoses, CHF, dialysis, and hypertension. You'll work with standard EM equipment and Meditech EHR, managing patient ratios of approximately 1:4-5. The hospital's dynamic environment requires a team-oriented professional with at least 2 years of ED experience and appropriate certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS). This assignment offers an engaging experience in a busy, community-oriented hospital while maintaining a focus on quality care and team engagement.
