Job Description:

Join a dedicated team performing laboratory procedures in a busy hospital setting. This role involves executing established protocols independently, managing quality control, instrument maintenance, and specimen processing. You'll perform blood collection duties efficiently to ensure timely test results, while staying updated on technical procedure changes. Recognizing abnormal results and investigating discrepancies are key parts of your daily tasks. You'll communicate effectively with leadership about potential issues and participate in training new staff or students. Daily responsibilities include operating instrumentation such as Roche Chemistry analyzers and Sysmex Hematology systems, with minimal supervision. Flexibility in work hours and the ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads are essential. This assignment offers a hands-on lab experience in a hospital environment that emphasizes accuracy, organization, and continuous improvement.

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Shift: Mids, 10-hour shifts: Mon/Fri 07:00-17:30; Sat/Sun 08:00-18:30
