Job Description:

Join Pen Bay Hospital in scenic Maine as an RN on a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain experience in a 45-bed medical-surgical unit specializing in orthopedics, general surgery, and urology, managing conditions such as CHF, COPD, and PNA. You'll work alongside a dedicated team providing care for adult patients, including some pediatric admissions requiring PALS certification. This role emphasizes patient-centered procedures, telemetry monitoring, IV skills, and comprehensive documentation in EPIC electronic medical records. Expect to work every other weekend with a weekly commitment of 36 hours, and enjoy the unique rhythm of night shifts in a supportive environment.
