Job Description:

Join a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Green Bay, WI, where you'll provide specialized care for critically ill newborns in private, family-centered rooms. This 13-week contract involves 12-hour night shifts (either 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. or 3 p.m. to 3 a.m.), with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. As part of a small but dynamic team, you'll be the go-to resource for supporting less experienced NICU nurses and managing high-acuity cases, including extremely low birth weight and premature infants. Flexibility for float coverage to the pediatric unit, along with holiday rotation, makes this an engaging challenge for resilient and adaptable RNs seeking a meaningful assignment.
